I’ve been a DSP for almost 20 years. I love the work I do and all the individuals I have worked with through the years. It’s a great feeling knowing that I have made a connection with someone. And that has deeply enriched my life. Knowing I’m making a difference and able to help my individuals overcome obstacles in their lives. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to share in every milestone with them. Exposing them to new and exciting things in life is a very rewarding and fulfilling feeling. Knowing I have made an impact on others’ lives and that I have made a difference is why I’m a DSP.
My boys have been with Linx almost from the beginning. The care, compassion and understanding that you have shown to myself, and my boys is above and beyond what I could ask for. There have recently been major changes overall and I feel the agency is continually working toward bettering the lives of individuals and always ensuring good care is provided.
