When requested we are available to assist with treatment plan development, advocating for individuals who require our services, and ensuring the needs of the individual are met by their provider.

We provide assistance with resume writing, job searches, job placement, job coaching, and more.
We will go into the family home where we can provide supervision and training assistance as well as assistance with recreational activities, social groups, daily living, respite care, safety, and more.

“It makes me feel good knowing that what I do makes a difference in someone’s life.” Some of the biggest benefits of working for Linx as a DSP include working close to home, and getting to work with great people who have become an extended family to me. We work as a team and we treat our clients the way we would want our family members treated. With that said, my young niece is a client of Linx. That is the reason I decided to apply for a job at Linx Community Services. I saw how much their staff helped my niece and I wanted to have the experience of being a part of their team. Linx has great support and training so we can do our job the way it is supposed to be done. So the clients’ families can rest assured that their loved one is being taken care of to the best of our team’s knowledge.
Karen and I have been with Linx for a little over 2 years. I have been very pleased with the care and concern that has been given to my sister. I have peace of mind knowing that she is being cared for by staff who think of her as their own. I am kept informed of any issues that arise as well as just her daily living and confident that these matters will be taken care of per my wishes and suggestions. The staff are very encouraging to her and go above and beyond to see that her life is the best that it can be. I give them all such praise for being the kind of folks they are and I would not know where we would be without them!! Thank you all for your care and support! God Bless you all.
We have known many of the folks with LINX Community Services for almost 25 years. They have been caregivers, supporters, and companions for our adult daughter over these many years. Their compassion, care, and encouragement have been a blessing to our daughter and our family. We have needed their assistance and it has allowed our daughter to live in the community and be as independent and successful as possible in her adult life. LINX has supported her in crisis and cared lovingly for her, encouraging her and respecting her while seeking the best medical and mental health care for her. We work together as a team and feel confident in calling any team member to discuss issues, concerns, and successes while planning together with her best interest at heart. We truly appreciate the caring and compassionate folks with LINX who work to make life better and serve people with differing abilities needing their assistance.
My Linx staff helps me better utilize my community services each week by taking me to church, transporting me to and from, and assisting me while working supportive employment at EZ Care and cleaning at my church. They help me in my home by assisting me in my garden and by cooking good food for me.
I have been employed with Linx since they opened their doors. It has truly been a blessing to work for a company that puts so much emphasis on the individuals that they serve. Also, the care they show to their DSPs, as well as the professional staff within the company, is great. I look forward to continuing to see Linx grow and expand for many years to come.
I started working for Linx Community Services in January 2022. I was thrilled when I received the news that I was hired as the Administrative Assistant for the new Clarksburg, WV location. Everyone was very welcoming of my return, which made me feel extremely comfortable and at home. Linx goes above and beyond to assist our clients, and they treat their employees well. I’m thankful to be with this amazing company that is growing and prospering in several locations.
Linx is a fast-growing company and a great place to work! The work environment at Linx is the best one that I have ever worked in. They truly care about each employee. They treat everyone like a person and not just an employee. It is a very challenging company due to working with individuals with disabilities, but you get that back, and then some when you watch those, we care for succeeding.
The pay rate is very competitive with the other agencies in our area. You can earn PTO, sick time, and have some paid holidays. Overall, it’s a great place to work.
I, Catherine M., am currently a client with Linx and I wanted to express what I like about the company. I like the staff that works with me and my roommate because they all encourage both of us to do stuff we want to do or have never tried. I also like my staff and RCs because they find any reason to have cookouts or gatherings. I like Linx for letting them do that for us. I also appreciate that Linx lets me go see my family and visit them as long as I can. I like that all of my staff goes out of their way to make us feel loved and help us get what we want or need. I like that Linx lets us go on vacations, have cookouts, holiday dinners, and birthday parties.
I am happy at Linx because they really care about people with disabilities. I appreciate that they treat me with respect and they have gatherings for us to socialize.
My life as a DSP is very rewarding and when I see that I make a difference in the lives of those I serve that is the reason I do what I do. Linx has given me the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to individuals who may not have anyone else in their lives to provide the love and care that we as DSPs are dedicated to give.
Linx has given me better staff so I don’t miss work and can attend community activities. Linx respects my rights as a person with disabilities.
I’ve been a DSP for almost 20 years. I love the work I do and all the individuals I have worked with through the years. It’s a great feeling knowing that I have made a connection with someone. And that has deeply enriched my life. Knowing I’m making a difference and able to help my individuals overcome obstacles in their lives. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to share in every milestone with them. Exposing them to new and exciting things in life is a very rewarding and fulfilling feeling. Knowing I have made an impact on others’ lives and that I have made a difference is why I’m a DSP.
My boys have been with Linx almost from the beginning. The care, compassion and understanding that you have shown to myself, and my boys is above and beyond what I could ask for. There have recently been major changes overall and I feel the agency is continually working toward bettering the lives of individuals and always ensuring good care is provided.
